The Hernando County, USBC, B.A., Inc., is proud to be the host Association for the 75th Championship Tournament of the Florida State Bowling Association. The Tournament centers are Spring Hill Lanes (352 683 7272), a 44 lane center for the doubles and singles, and Mariner Lanes (352 686 7576), a 32 lane center for the team events. Both centers are very conveniently located. Spring Hill Lanes will be hosting their 4th state sponsored tournament in 5 years because tournament bowlers keep asking to return. The Florida State Seniors Tournament has already scheduled their tournament here in January of 2010.

The local Association has been working very closely with the state organization and as a result 75th Anniversary commemoratives will be given to the bowlers for this special tournament. This is gift is being sponsored by the Hernando County Tourism Bureau, the host centers, the local association, and the state association.

The Hernando County Tourism Bureau is very active with this event and all team captains will be receiving discount coupons for their team members in the very near future. This will be a big savings to every bowler, and we encourage all attendees to use the coupons at the local businesses to show the impact of this great tournament.

The host hotel, Holiday Inn Express, (352 683 5100) is located directly across the highway from Spring Hill Lanes. They are offering packages in their 2 year old facility. Practically every hotel has been built in the last 4 years or has been completely refurbished in that time frame. All of the hotels are offering sharply discounted rates for the attendees and guests of the 75th Championship Tournament of the
Florida State Bowling Association.
